Role Description : - Responsible for development, maintenance, and implementation of a project module through a team - Learns and adapts to applicable technologies, products, and tools - Demonstrates good understanding of relevant domain and solutions - Demonstrates good understanding of the product - Develops in depth knowledge in certain components of the product - Understands and analyzes business requirements and designs provided - Assists with technical design - Ensures that the design, implementations meet RASSUI standards - Develops and executes Unit Tests - Follows standard processes and procedures - Identifies and resolves software bugs - Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability - Proactively picks up development and maintenance tasks - Plans and prioritizes work - Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers - Proactively seeks or provides assistance as required Required Skills - Strong experience working on Core Java, J2ee - Strong analytical/Problem solving skills - Software Development Process, Tool and Techniques (Agile) - Strong in designing - Working experience on Algorithms, Data Structures is required - Develop Unit Tests and quality focused - Knowledge on Java profiling tools to solve performance problems - Quick learner - Excellent communication skills - Preferred to have SCM Domain or Product development background.
