Candidate will also generate your own potential leads apart from the leads shared with you. With your friendly and persuasive nature, you must identify customer requirements as quickly as possible to present solutions ensuring superior customer satisfaction. He/She is expected to identify pain points of the customer and position Eunimart's products/services to the customer with a clear understanding of how the product/services will add value to the customer. The ultimate goal in this role is to foster business growth manifold by expanding our clientele. Responsibilities : 1. Initial level response to inbound queries over Call. 2. Assist Sales Team with Data Management. 3. Set appointments for Field Sales Team. 4. Territory Management for Field Representatives. 5. Overall assistance to Front end Sales Reps. 6. Data Mining and Research on Inbound seller profiles. 7. Open to travel for assisting Marketing team for Exhibitions, Workshops etc to various Indian Cities. 8. Validation of Leads Eligibility : 1. Should be a graduate 2. Good Communication both Written and Oral in English and Hindi 3. Experience in Inbound Sales will be prefered. 4. Good in MS Office skills. 5. Energetic and Enthusiastic 6. Should adapt to Start Up Culture. 7. Sales Experience preferred. 8. E commerce ecosystem experience prefered. 9. Should be available to join Immediately.
