You will be responsible for managing affiliates and encouraging delivering growth across our brands. - A successful applicant will have 3-7 years proven experience in affiliate marketing, worked in target oriented roles and exposure in working with international clients. - The Affiliate Specialist will report in to the Affiliate Manager. Major Responsibilities : - Manage relationships with the affiliate partners - Help grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity - Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners - Deliver weekly progress, commission and activity reports for all affiliate partners - Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in managing the affiliate and partnership budget - Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends - Collaborate with the creative teams to create affiliate marketing material - Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to deploy and optimize campaigns through the affiliate marketing channel - Keep affiliates up to date with the latest company news - Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to forecast ROI and activity for all affiliate partner, both new and existing - Promote the affiliate channel and opportunity across the industry - Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met through the affiliate channels and partnerships Key Knowledge & Skills: - Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programmes - Good knowledge of online marketing industry. - Experience setting up and managing affiliate campaigns. - Excellent numerical and analytical skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and reporting - Strong people and partnership management skills - Proficient user of Microsoft Excel - Positive, can-do attitude.
