As the Head of Online Trading he/she will be responsible for driving sales through On-Line portal and mobile app, across product lines with emphasis on online trades and other investment products 1. Complete responsibility for P&L of the online business. 2. Responsible for management of online platform development, support and user experience. 3. Report and analyse trading performance to continuously optimize and grow the online share of business. 4. Define the online trading strategy and development and provide expertise . 5. Work closely with IT team for monitoring work of vendors, including development agencies, digital agencies and infrastructure. 7. Responsible for leading, developing and supporting eCommerce marketing, promotion and delivery. 8. Responsible for management of Online Trading team. 9.
