Job Description Role Summary: Work Location : Begumpet (Hyderabad) Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer/ General Manager - Marketing and cross functional to COO. The Marketing Communications Manager is our internal communications expert and digital marketing leader, responsible for defining GIL marketing and communications strategy from idea through delivery. Essential Responsibilities : - A seasoned communicator, strategist, futurist, and hands-on executor, the Marketing Communications Manager will lead digital marketing efforts, managing GILs social media channels, website, blog, and nurture programs. - The Marketing Communications manager will also support marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and thought leadership efforts. - The Marketing Communications Manager will work closely with the COO & Communications on external communications, media relations, and PR efforts. - Define marketing and communications strategy and approach for GIL and lead execution - Lead and manage marketing nurture programs in partnership. - Support external communications for GILs investment practices, new business creation, licensing and early market development, working closely with Director - Support media and public relations for GILs platform and thought leaders, working closely with Director - Support thought leadership efforts to build and enhance GIL brand - Lead social media for GIL to enhance and build reputation with target audiences - Manage blog to drive brand awareness, boost readership, and deliver commercial impact - Support brand positioning in partnership with other members of the Marketing Team & Performs other duties as assigned.
