1. Develop a team of contractors to enable competitive bidding as regards upcoming locations. 2. Optimise upcoming contract capital expenditure costs and economise on the same without compromising on quality. 3. Streamline contractor finalization and awarding work contracts well on time to ensure timely project completion and delivery4. Issuing and vetting work orders, ensure that the terms of the work order are followed properly with regards to Clearance from the project team, ensuring periodic sign-off's as regards to quality of work, ensuring payment terms are strictly adhered to. 5. Provide support to the finance team in capital expenditure outlay forecasts on a weekly basis.6. Nurture and develop alternative supply chains for all procurements ( including fixed assets) so as to ensure that the company procures products on time at the best price at all times. 7. Enter into firm rate contracts ( including AMC contracts and their renewals) with suppliers to hedge against price rise, negotiating favourable credit terms and procuring items on optimum terms.8. Ensure proper asset tagging and tracking including maintenance of fixed assets register 9. Develop SOP"s for the entire procurement function ensuring proper work order flow, adherence to processes and other checks and balances to ensure a seamless and error free procurement channel 10. Vetting of Rental agreements for the upcoming sites and doing the negotiations with the landlord for favourable rental terms.
