Medical Equipment Repairer (m/f), Hyderabad in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh
Your tasks:
- Perform preventive maintenance or service, such as cleaning, lubricating, or adjusting equipment
- Test, evaluate, and classify excess or in-use medical equipment and determine serviceability, condition, and disposition, in accordance with regulations
- Explain or demonstrate correct operation or preventive maintenance of medical equipment to personnel
- Test or calibrate components or equipment, following manufacturers' manuals and troubleshooting techniques, using hand tools, power tools, or measuring devices
- Examine medical equipment or facility's structural environment andcheck for proper use of equipment to protect patients and staff from electrical or mechanical hazards and to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Your skills:
- Operation Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
- Servicing, repairing, calibrating, regulating, fine-tuning,or testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic principles
- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it
- Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
