Tracking all appointments and status on real time to ensure its collected. 5. Ensure Manpower available on every particular day. 6. Recruitment of Collection Executive. 7. Ensure the team follows the process. 8. Quality check on daily basis to zero down the errors. 9. Updating Daily Reports. 10. Analyzing Last day report and giving feedback. 11. Planning on Expanding the business..
